Design Engineer

Role Overview

Design and develop innovative mechanical systems and equipment for bulk material handling, alternate fuels, and industrial processing applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-performance engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design mechanical systems, assemblies, and components using CAD software.
  • Prepare 2D/3D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and improve products based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Projects.
  • Conduct design reviews, troubleshooting, and engineering calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–8 years of mechanical design experience.
  • Experience in heavy engineering, bulk material handling, or process equipment preferred.

Quality Control Engineer

Role Overview

Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards through inspection, testing, documentation, and continuous process improvement across all stages of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Perform dimensional, visual, and quality inspections.
  • Maintain quality records and ERP documentation.
  • Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Support corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Production and Design teams to maintain product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–6 years of experience in quality control within heavy engineering or fabrication.
